Mark started his financial services career at Fidelity Investments in 1993 as a bond trader with Fidelity Capital Markets where he traded US government debt, corporate debt and mortgage backed securities. He then became head of Fixed Income and International Strategy where he worked with numerous foreign investment firms in coordinating brokerage and investment strategies with Fidelity.
Prior to co-founding WS, Mark was the Chief Investment Officer of Bluemont Capital Advisors and previously the Senior Investment Officer of Stanford Capital Management.
Mark is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Masters Degree from Webster University. Mark is a former Marine Corps Officer and helicopter pilot and advises the United States Marine Corps’ Strategic Initiatives Group.

Jonathan Wagner, CFA
Founding Partner & Chief Investment Officer
Jonathon has over 20 years of professional financial experience with over 15 years specializing in portfolio management of both institutional accounts (e.g. pension plans and endowments) and those of high net worth individuals and families.
Prior to co-founding WS, Jon was the Portfolio Manager at Bluemont Capital Advisors and held Relationship Management positions at Old Dominion Capital Management and Charles Schwab & Co. He received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and is a member of the CFA Society of Washington D.C.
Jonathan holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester.
Dr. Harald Malmgren
Dr. Harald Malmgren, Chief Economist for WS Wealth Management, LLC, is an internationally recognized expert on world trade and investment flows and former Trade Ambassador who has worked for four US Presidents.
Dr. Malmgren also manages Malmgren Global, an international consulting business, providing advice to corporations, banks, investment banks, and asset management institutions, as well as to Finance Ministers and Prime Ministers on financial markets, trade, and currencies using his extensive personal global network among governments, banks, financial institutions, and corporations.
Dr. Malmgren is a graduate of Yale University and while at Oxford University he wrote several widely referenced scholarly articles while earning a DPhil in Economics in 1961. His theoretical works on information theory and business organization are still cited today. Dr Malmgren is currently the Chairman of the Cordell Hull Institute in Washington, DC.
